9:00am SHOT PUT (4 throws) – Girls and Boys (separate circles)
POLE VAULT – Girls (s.h.-7’0”), then Boys (s.h.-8’0”)
HIGH JUMP – Girls (s.h.-4’3”), then Boys (s.h.-5’3”)
LONG JUMP (3 jumps) – Boys, then Girls
TRIPLE JUMP (3 jumps) follows the LONG JUMP – Boys, then Girls

RUNNING EVENTS – Girls, then Boys
9:00am 4 x 800m Relay
10:15am 55m High Hurdles
11:00am 55m Dash
11:45am 4 x 200m Relay
12:15pm 1600m Run
1:15pm 400m Dash
2:00pm 800m Run
2:45pm 200m Run
3:30pm 3200m Run
4:30pm 4 x 400m Relay

** Entry Fees – The entry fees are for the athletes/events you enter and not who competes in the meet. Checks should be made out to the University of Delaware. Make sure that the meet and the date of the meet are listed on the check or electronic payment.

** Entry Fees
Under 15 events/gender – $10/event
15-30 events/gender – $150/gender
31 and more events/gender – Additional $10/event

** Entries – There is no limit per event, EXCEPT – Only one entry per gender per school will be allowed in the long jump, triple jump, and all relays.

** We will score the meet to eight places. Medals will go to the first three in each event.

** Teams will not be able to enter until a signed contract is returned.

** Entries will be on Direct Athletics – www.directathletics.com. The deadline for entries and scratches is 6:00pm the Wednesday before the meet.

** Shot Put is thrown from a wooden surface. Only ¼” spikes may be used on all running and jumping events.

** Blocks will be used only in the 55m hurdles and 55m dash.

** The time schedule is dependent on the number of entries. Whenever possible, we will run ahead of schedule. We will provide an updated schedule on the day of the meet.

** An athlete who is in two events simultaneously should please check in to both events.

** These meets are sanctioned with the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association.
