Item 1. Tournament Field
A. Competitors are automatically selected form the result of the DIAA Division 1 and Division II Boys and Girls Track Championship Meets. (FINALS TIMES ONLY NO HEAT TIMES)

B. The Deadline to scratch competitors is 8:00pm Monday, May 21, 2012.

C. 100 M UP TO 400 M AND Hurdles D1 & D2 winners & Runner-Ups plus the next best 4 times overall, with 6 alternates.

D. 800M and up - D1 & D2 winners & Runner-Ups plus the next best 4 times overall, with 6 alternates.

E. Relays - D1 & D2 winners & Runner-Ups plus the next best 4 times overall, with 6 alternates. ( at least of the qualifying runners must run on this relay team)

F. Field Events- D1 & D2 winners & Runner-Ups plus the next best 4 times overall, with 6 alternates.

Item 2. Date and Site
A. The 2012 DIAA Meet of Champions will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Dover High School. The Rain Date will be Thursday, May 24, 2012.

Item 4. Scratch Procedure, Deadline and Penalty
A. The deadline to scratch from the Meet is 8pm, Monday, May 21, 2012 by E-MAIL ONLY to lolivere@comcast.net . Competitors must have an e-mail as confirmation.

B. AFTER PRE-MEET DEADLINE, NO SCRATCH RULE WILL APPLY.

C. IF YOU SCRATCH AFTER PRE-MEET DEADLINE, NO FURTHER PARTICIPATION WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE MEET, INDIVIDUAL EVENTS OR RELAYS EVENTS.

If violators are not detected during the meet, individuals and relay teams will be disqualified after competing.

Item 5. Entry Cards and Field Event Check-In
A. All competitors, those automatically selected and alternate competitors still MUST ENTER all running and relay events by submitting an entry card at least 30 minutes before the event is scheduled. All running and relay events can be entered before the meet begins by submitting the required entry cards. Anyone who does not submit an entry card 30 minutes before the scheduled time for that event will be SCRATCHED, and the next qualified entrant will be accepted.

B. Field Event competitors MUST check in at the event site AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR EVCENT IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN. Anyone failing to check-in within the allotted time WILL BE SCRATCHED AND THE NEXT QUALIFIED ENTRANT WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Item 6. Admission
A. Paid Admission - Student (grades K-12) and adult admission will be $7.
B. Competitor Admission This procedure is currently under construction and will be updated at a later time.

Item 7. Awards
A. All participants will receive a Meet of Champions tee shirt.
B. Medals will be awarded to the Top Three (3) finishers in each event.
