LONG JUMP (3 jumps) - Boys, then Girls
TRIPLE JUMP (3 jumps) follows the LONG JUMP - Boys, then Girls

Entry Fees: The entry fees are for the athletes/events you enter and not who competes in the meet.

Make sure that the meet and the date of the meet are listed on the check.

Under 15 events/gender - $10/event
15-30 events/gender - $150/gender
31 and more events/gender - Additional $10/event

EXCEPT - Only ONE entry per gender per school will be allowed in the long jump, triple
jump, and all relays.

Scoring to eight places. Medals will go to the first three in each event.

Teams will not be accepted into meet until a signed contract is returned.

Shot Put is thrown from a wooden surface. Only 1/4" spikes may be used on all running and jumping
events.

Blocks will be used only in the 55m hurdles and 55m dash.

The time schedule is dependent on the number of entries. Whenever possible, we will run ahead of
schedule. We will provide an updated schedule on the day of the meet.

An athlete who is in two events simultaneously should please check in to both events.
