Cameron Rose is back at it again with his second state record and top US All-Time Indoors performance!

The Hickory Ridge senior blasted a 20.94 200m at Clemson today to break Trentavis Friday's 20.97 North Carolina Indoor 200m State Record from 2014.

Just a week ago Rose ran a US No. 2 All-Time Indoors 32.84 300m at the VA Showcase to take nearly a second off the 300m record he had set a few weeks prior.

In December, Rose ran a 21.54 200m in Birmingham, Alabama which put him at NC No. 8 All-Time Indoors.  His 20.94 breaks North Carolina's All-Time great sprinters indoor state record which is a major feat itself.  Friday went on to run 10.00 (+1.6) and 20.03 (+2.9) outdoors the same year.

Rose's mark is the 5th fastest ever by a high schooler indoors.  He is now the second North Carolina boy ever under 21 seconds indoors and the 8th high schooler ever in the country to do so.
