BOYS
Nathan Ebbert 8th Delaware Elite Track Club 800m/Mile
Nathan may only be an 8th grader, but he is one of the best middle school athletes in the nation. He ran a new PR in the mile at NBNI, running 4:36.54 to finish 8th in the middle school boys mile. Ebbert also holds PRs of 2:10.92 in the 800m and 10:01.59 over 3000m.
Ethan Earle, So. Middletown High School 300mh
Ethan clearly found his best event in the hurdles, running 40.69 in the 300mh this early in the season at a league meet. The sophomore also ran 15.51 in the 110mh for another pr at the same meet.
GIRLS
Krissa Woods So. Tatnall 400m/800m/1600m
Krissa is one of the top middle-distance runners in the whole state of Delaware, with the range to show for it. The sophomore holds PRs of 57.87 over 400m, 2:11.16 in the 800m, and 5:11.99 in the 1600m. Woods had herself a day at the Rustin invite, running new PRs in the 400m and 1600m.
Jada Boothe Fr. Tatnall 100mh/300mh
Jada leads the freshman rankings in both hurdle events so far this year with her double at the Rustin Invite. Boothe ran new PRs in both events, running 15.36 over the 100mh and 46.68 in the 300mh. She also tops the state rankings in both events so far this outdoor season.
