Stewart Reich Earns Course PR; Angelo Melendez Cracks All-Time 10K List
 
DORCHESTER, Mass. - The Goldey-Beacom College men's cross country team finished 24th of 25 teams at the NCAA Division II East Regional at Franklin Park on Sun. afternoon.

Sophomore Stewart Reich led the way for the Lightning as he has all year, earning a course personal record with a time of 35:27 to place 99th overall.

Classmate Hugo Morales was next in with a time of 37:20 to place 135th. Freshman Angelo Melendez followed at 38:02 to earn a spot on the school's All-Time 10K list and place 142nd.

Senior Ben Kinley capped his Lightning career as he finished in 39:03 to place 153rd. Sophomore Jabari Chambers came in at 41:47 and placed 163rd overall.

This race concludes the Fall 2011 season for the Lightning. They will compete in exhibition track meets throughout the Spring. Follow GBC's results on gbcathletics.com.
