Freeport girls earned a narrow 3 point win over Knoch 35-38, led by a gold medal winning performance from Kayla Zboran (19:52) and a 3rd place finish from Becca Dudek. For the boys, Knoch had a 1-2-3 finish from Alex Cetnar (17:32), Preston Carlsson and Brandon Grumskil to lead them to the team title over Greensburg Salem 23-44.

Aaron Valoroso of Towanda ran a comfortable 16:09 to win by over 40 seconds over Jordan Jackson of Wellsboro and teammate Simon Smith. Towanda's 1-3 finish led their team to the title over Sayre 59-81. For the girls, Erika Huffman of Wyalusing Valley held of Casey Norton of Troy and Northeast Bradford's Lydia Werner to win the individual title in 19:01. Wellsboro had all five scoring runners inside the top twenty to win the team title over Towanda 64-79.

Downingtown West girls went 2-3-5-6-9 to score 31 and win the tri meet with West Chester Henderson and Germantown Friends by 13. Stephanie Aldrich of West Chester Henderson ran 12:01 to win the two mile race by just under 20 seconds. For the boys, Tony Russell earned a ten second victory of Lyle Wistar of Germantown Friends to lead West Chester Henderson to victory 19-44 over GFS.

22nd Big Red Invitational

West Middlesex
 
Ethan Wilson of Laurel won the Red race gold medal by 15 seconds, running 17:05. Hickory placed four inside of the top twenty to take the team championship over Laurel 71-98. In the white race, Jeremy Parsons of Maplewood ran 17:12 to win the race by 13 seconds. The host school West Middlesex won the team title comfortably with six in the top twenty to score 55 points and nearly double 2nd place Maplewood.

For the girls, Emily Maxwell of Laurel duplicated what her teammate Ethan Wilson did in the boys red race and that's win the individual title, although it was only by 3 seconds onver McKenna Spence of Cranberry. Maxwell ran 20:16 for the win. Hickory did what their girls did and won the team title over Laurel 53-79 with five inside the top twenty. In the white race, Jill Wallace of North Clarion ran 20:23 to win the gold medal by 12 seconds. West Middlesex went 3-4-5-6-11 to score 29 points and cruise to the team title in their home invitational.

33rd Annual Centaur Invitational

Summer Hill of Honesdale took home the gold medal with a time of 19:39 to win by 14 seconds over Meredith Colton of Bangor. Archbishop Wood placed three in the top twenty to come away with the team title by a narrow margin of 10 points over Parkland, 90-100. Parkland's boys were able to earn a narrow team title victory of their own, scoring 104 points to beat William Tennent by 3. Johnathan Schmidt of Archbishop Wood won the race with a time of 17:05 to win by 9 seconds over Matt Koch of Stroudsburg.

45th Annual Mill Street Run

Holy Ghost Preparatory School
 
Greg Wagner (16:15), Hatcher Ballard, and Liam Mulvaney completed a 1-2-3 finish for Jenkintown and that performance led to a team title on the 2.9 mile course with 21 points, 44 points better than George School. For the girls, Meridith Twomey of Villa Joseph Marie ran 17:56 for 2.9 miles to win by over 30 seconds over 2nd place Veronica Wheeler of Nazareth Academy. Twomey's performance led five in the top 14 to score 32 points to win by 15 points over Neshaminy.

Delone Catholic girls earned a 2nd place team finish with 50 points, trailing by only 13 points to winners Manchester Valley. Delone were led by a 2-3 finish from freshman Kate Mowrey (19:56.7) and senior Sarah Bischoff (20:14.5). The boys finished 3rd with 110 points. St Maria Goretti won the boys race with 36 points. Greencastle-Antrim's Daulton Monn ran 17:37.5 to finish 3rd.

Connor Harriman of Pennsbury won his 2nd straight gold medal of the season, holding off Jack Macauley of North Penn by 6 seconds with a time of 16:15. Alec Brand of Central Bucks East was also in the mix, running 16:25 to finish 3rd. Harriman's performance led six inside the top twenty and to the team title over North Penn 41-77. For the girls, CB East put on a strong home performance, placing four in the top five including a 1-2-3 finish from Marisa Hawley (20:11), Louise Huuki, and Lizzie Morris. CB East scored 21 points to defeat North Penn by 22 points.

Freshman William Kachman of Bedford earned a varsity gold medal with a seven second victory, running 16:51. Ryan Louther of Indiana Area and Trae Miller of Frankfort rounded out the top three. In a high scoring race, Somerset edged out Frankfort for the team title 136-142. For the girls, Katie Jan of Frankfort ran a gold medal winning time of 18:51 to prevent Alyssa Brandis from earning back to back opening season wins. Her team wasn't denied, however, placing four in the top 12 to win comfortably with 57 points.

Annville Cleona placed four in the top ten overall, including an individual title performance from Shawn Wolfe (16:25) to score 36 points to win the team title by 17 points over Central York. For the girls, Kelsey Ibarra of Central York ran an impressive 19:06 to win by over a minute over 2nd place, showing signs of the runner who impressed in 2010. Palmyra went 2-3-4-5-6 with a 1-5 spread of 22 seconds to win the team title over Central York 20-40.

James Martin of Garden Spot ran 17:04 to win the gold medal by over 20 seconds over Billy Caldwell of Downingtown East and Samuel Wolde of Ephrata. Martin's performance was also good enough to lead his team to the first place trophy over Downingtown East 44-55. For the girls, Courtney Keen of Garden Spot completed the individual gold medal double, running 20:17 to win by 24 seconds over Megan Bernotas of Owen J Roberts and Amy Kelly of Cardinal O'Hara. Garden Spot girls also scored 44 points and won by 12 points over Ephrata.
