Now, it it the day of the individuals, as most of the day will be taken up by the 3000m runs. Both boys and girls top flights are filled with who's-who's of New York Prep Running. For the boys, you'll find the full spectrum in terms of geography, as wetern NY'er TJ Hornberger (Lake Shore) will face off against Long Islander Kris Moran of North Babylon, and upstate Jay Navin of Saratoga, In the girls, it is much the same, as Western NY'er Marissa Saenger of Clarence will do battle with Keelin Hollowood of Upstate Saratoga, and NYC'er Denise Branch of Cardozo.
