Waivers can be found at these links:

Coaches and other adults: Click here

Although we will provide as much supervision as possible, Broadwater Academy is not responsible for the direct supervision of student-athletes from visiting schools. Coaches and parents are expected to be mindful of their student-athletes/childrens behavior and actions at all times. Two female locker rooms and one male locker room will be open throughout this event for shower and restroom facilities. Additional restrooms will also be available.

The meet entry fee is $7 per athlete, but the maximum fee per gender for the cross country portion of the meet is $100, even if you enter middle school and high school divisions. Entry into the Ultimate Tournament is free. So, the maximum you will have to shell out is $200 per school (that includes boys' and girls' squads.)

T-shirts will be available for purchase.
