FridayApril 16th - Relays and Events at St. Marks

SaturdayApril 17th - Open Events at Caravel Academy

Online Registration Closes on 4/14/2021 at Midnight.

Due toCOVID-19 Mandates we are forced to split the Competition into a 2 Session Meet

Day 1 willbe at St. Marks High School

Day 2 willbe at Caravel Academy

EVENT FEES:$150.00 per Team per Gender (Dual Gender Teams$300.00)

Teams of less than 10 Entries per gender -$10 per Entry (Entries - not Athletes)

GENERAL INFO:

St. Marks features a 400 Meter, 6 LaneAll-Weather Facility

Caravel Academy features a 400 Meter, 8 LaneAll-Weather Facility

There will be no Locker Room Facilitiesavailable

Spikes may not exceed 1/4 inch

No Tape is Allowed on the Track Surface - Pleasebring and use your own Chalk for Marks

National Federation Rules will be in effect

All Coaches should refer to DIAA UniformRegulations

Friday Session begins at 3:00 PM

Saturday Session begins at 10:00 AM

ENTRY PROCEDURES:

Online Entry Only at www.de.milesplit.com

Online Registration isPassword Protected - Coaches must Contact John Amery (jamerusp@aol.com) to receive Meet Passwordfor MileSplit and Must report thenumber of athletes they will be bringing to Meet.

Entry Deadline - Wednesday, April 14, at Midnight

SCORING &AWARDS:

We will score 6 places on a 10-8-6-4-2-1 basisfor all Events

No Awards will be available

ENTRY LIMITS:

Due to COVID Mandates - First 500 Athletes willbe allowed to enter meet

Once we reach 500 Athletes, Registration will beclosed

Coaches must Contact John Amery (jamerusp@aol.com) to receive Meet Passwordfor

MileSplit and Must report the number of athletes they will be bringing toMeet.

Teams may enter up to 3 athletes per Gender and1 Relay per Gender (Except 3200 whichwill be 2 athletes per Gender - Teams may request extra 3200 entrieswhich Meet Management will review and notify Team of acceptance)

An Individual may compete in 4 events

RUNNING EVENT INFO:

SEEDING: All Events will be RandomlySeeded for this Meet

LANES: Lane 4 will be the Preferred Lane in allEvents up to and including the 400m Dash

Lane1 will be Preferred in all other Events

FULLY AUTOMATIC TIMING will be used

MEET RESULTS:

No Hard-Copy Results will be printed. Resultswill be available online on MileSplit Live Results.

MEET WORKERS:

1 Volunteer per Gender per Team required toassist at the Meet.

Coaches need to provide Name of Workers toJohn Amery

Worker Assignments will be sent to Coaches byThursday evening.

COVID-19 MANDATES:

  • Due ToCOVID-19 Mandates, Face Masks must be worn at all times
  • SocialDistancing will be enforced
  • Team Camps must be separatedby 10 feet from other Teams
