Friday April 23rd - Relays and Events at St. Marks



Saturday April 24th - Open Events at Caravel Academy



Due to COVID-19 Mandates we are forced to split the Competition into a 2 Session Meet



Day 1 will be at St. Marks High School



Day 2 will be at Caravel Academy

MEET INFO: Event Hosted and Managed by N5CTA

EVENT FEES: $150.00 per Team per Gender (Dual Gender Teams $300.00)

Teams of less than 10 Entries per gender - $10 per Entry (Entries - not Athletes)

GENERAL INFO:

- St. Marks features a 400 Meter, 6 Lane All-Weather Facility

- Caravel Academy features a 400 Meter, 8 Lane All-Weather Facility

- There will be no Locker Room Facilities available

- Spikes may not exceed inch

- No Tape is Allowed on the Track Surface Please bring and use your own Chalk for Marks

- National Federation Rules will be in effect

- All Coaches should refer to DIAA Uniform Regulations

SCHEDULE:

- Friday Session begins at 4:30 PM

- Saturday Session begins at 10:00 AM

ENTRY PROCEDURES:

- Online Entry Only at www.de.milesplit.com

- Online Registration is Password Protected - Coaches must Contact John Amery (jamerusp@aol.com)

to receive Meet Password for MileSplit and Must report the number of athletes they will be bringing to Meet.

Entry Deadline Thursday, April 22, at 9:00 PM

SCORING & AWARDS:

- We will score 6 places on a 10-8-6-4-2-1 basis for all Events

- No Awards will be available

ENTRY LIMITS:

- Due to COVID Mandates - First 500 Athletes will be allowed to enter meet

Once we reach 500 Athletes, Registration will be closed

- Coaches must Contact John Amery (jamerusp@aol.com) to receive Meet Password for

MileSplit and Must report the number of athletes they will be bringing to Meet.

- Teams may enter up to 3 athletes per Gender and 1 Relay per Gender (Except 3200 which

will be 2 athletes per Gender Teams may request extra 3200 entries which Meet Management

will review and notify Team of acceptance)

- An Individual may compete in 4 events

RUNNING EVENT INFO:

- SEEDING: All Events will be Randomly Seeded for this Meet

- LANES: Lane 4 will be the Preferred Lane in all Events up to and including the 400m Dash

- Lane 1 will be Preferred in all other Events

- FULLY AUTOMATIC TIMING will be used

MEET RESULTS:

- No Hard-Copy Results will be printed. Results will be available online on MileSplit Live Results.

MEET WORKERS:

- 1 Volunteer per Gender per Team required to assist at the Meet.

- Coaches need to provide Name of Workers to John Amery

- Worker Assignments will be sent to Coaches by Thursday evening.

COVID - 19 MANDATES:

- Due To COVID-19 Mandates, Face Masks must be worn at all times

- Social Distancing will be enforced

- Team Camps must be separated by 10 feet from other Teams
