A great way to get everyone involved early. Races are held per grade level. Top 10 in each race (boys and girls) score points for team totals. This format provides minimal pressure, lots of fun and lots of awards.

Entry info- New this year, we are working on electronic timing/scoring.
~ Please have page 3 of entry form along with payment mailed in by Friday, Sept. 9th.
~All teams entered will receive specific entry instruction at that time.

Fees: 
Two (boys and girls) complete teams- $200.00; one team $125.00; individual $10.00

Parking:
~Parking in the park only for cars. Please, no cars parked illegally along the road.
 Annual sticker or $3.00/car in-state; $6.00/car out-of-state fees will be applied.
~ Buses will not be permitted to stay in the park. Drop off and pickup only.
  Parking information for buses to follow.

Schedule:
This meet is formatted so that boys and girls will run together per each grade. Separate finish lines for boys and girls will determine individual and team results per gender. Teams are asked to report to the starting line at least 15 minutes in advance of scheduled start as races may run ahead.

2:00- Course walk. Please clear the racecourse by 2:45
2:45- Coaches meeting in the pavilion. Please pickup team packet upon arrival
3:00- Freshman Boys & Girls
3:30- Sophomore Boys & Girls
4:00- Junior Boys & Girls
4:30- Senior Boys & Girls
5:15- Awards

Scoring:
~Each top 10 finisher, boys and girls separately, will score points for his or her
 team’s total.
 1st=10 pts., 2nd=9, 3rd=8, 4th=7, 5th=6; 6th=5, 7th=4, 8th=3, 9th=2, 10th=1

Awards:
~ Individual medals presented to top 10 boys and top 10 girls in each race.
~ Team trophies presented to top 2 boys and top 2 girls teams with highest 
  cumulative scores.

Results:
~ Will be available shortly after each race and posted on the N5CTA website ASAP.

Concessions:
~Food and beverages will be sold throughout the day at the pavilion. 
~Sorry, no t-shirts this year. We will see how it goes and consider it for the future.

Medical:
Certified athletic trainers will be provided and be stationed in a tent near the finish.

Restrooms:
Indoor facilities and port-a-potties provided by the park

Sanctioning:
Sanctioned for approved schools from the states of Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey
