Course
The course is located at White Clay Creek State Park (Carpenter Recreation Area) in Newark, DE.
Address is: 880 New London Rd, Newark, DE 19711.
The course will be marked and available for use. In addition, the park is open to the general public from 8am to sunset on Friday October 29th. The women's course is 5,000 meters, and the men's course is 8,000 meters. The course consists primarily of dirt and grass trails with some rough footing.
*Spikes or racing flats are recommended.
