Meet Information:

  • Meet will be capped at 20 participating schools.
  • Spikes may not exceed 1/4 inch.
  • No tape is permitted on the track surface. Please bring your own chalk for marks.
  • National Federation Rules will be in effect.
  • Concession stand will be open during the meet.

Meet Fees:  $200 per gender team, or $400 per school school with boys & girls. For smaller teams, $15/individual entry and $25/relay team entry available.

Boys Shot Put followed by Girls

SCORING & AWARDS:

  • We will score 6 places on a 10-8-6-4-2-1 basis for all events.
  • Medals will be awarded for Top 3 Places. Team Award will go to Male & Female Team with the highest cumulative points. 

ENTRY LIMITS:

  • Teams may enter up to 3 athletes per Gender and 1 Relay per Gender
  • An Individual may compete in 4 events total
  • All events are finals except 100h, 110h and 100m dash

RUNNING EVENT INFO:

  • Seeding will be based on Entry Marks from the 2023 Outdoor Track Season.
  • Lane 4 will be the Preferred Lane. Excluding (4x800m Relay, 800m Run, 3200m Run, Distance Medley)
  • FULLY AUTOMATIC TIMING will be used

FIELD EVENT INFO:

  • Starting Heights - High Jump: Boys 5-02 Girls 4-04 Progression in 2" Intervals
