Meet Information
Dear Coach:
It is a pleasure to extend to your track team an invitation
to participate in the HAC Division Championships; Southern Division
Championship Tuesday, April 28th t at Lake Forest High
School and
Trials will not be held,
all events are finals, each thrower and long/triple jumper will get 3 attempts.
The entry fee for both teams is $175.00.

using the Finish Lynx Automatic Timing System.
PRELIMINARY INFORMATION / REGISTRATION FORM
The
total cost is $175 for both teams, the cost will help cover the cost for
the timing officials and meet workers.
- Each
team may enter three athletes
for running events/three athletes
for field events/one relay team per running event. - Points
toward the team standings will be scored for the first eight places. - Trophies
will be awarded to the first place boy's team and first place girl's team. - Each
team will be required to furnish one adult official and two student helpers.

Officials:Each team will be required to furnish
one official per team. (Officials will be paid).
No school will be allowed to participate until
an official has reported. Please do
not request us to find an official on the day of
the meet for you because you do
not have the
official.

All running events will be seeded. Three athletes per track event, three
athletes per field event, and
one relay
team can represent your school.
4.Team
standings will be based on the top eight places in the finals.
5.
DIAA and National Federation rules will be in effect.
