Over 1,400 Runners Racing At White Clay Creek Creek Classic

Unionville's Cole Walker (pictured above) and Charter School of Wilmington's Andrew Avila battled it out for first place in last year's junior race at the White Clay Creek Classic with Walker edging Avila out for a 6 second win in 16:02. Expect the two runners to push each other again and potentially well under 16 minutes to start the season.


Nearly 1,500 runners from 35 schools including the states of Delaware, Maryland Pennsylvania, and New Jersey will be racing on Friday afternoon at the White Clay Creek Classic in Newark, Delaware. MileSplit.com will be on-site with race video and photo coverage.
