FYI - For anybody who cares, DelawareTrackXC put in a bid for the following services for the state XC meet:
- Chip timing
- Timing (FAT)
- Live Results (including a mobile hotspot)
- Online registration
- Meet Management
We believe that with today's technology, we should be able to celebrate the results of our competitions IMMEDIATELY! Especially the State Championship! We shouldn't have to wait around for printouts or calculations. Or have to huddle around a results board.
With chip timing and live results, we can know immediately at the completion of the race or even during the race!
The best part? We've offered all of these services for FREE!!!
Just thought you all should know. Now it's up to the decision makers if thats what they want or not.
