Coaches Meeting

We will hold a brief coaches' meeting at 4:30PM on the infield or at the finish line

Entry Fees:

$225/gender, $450/school

Smaller teams can still enter by event with fees of $30.00 per relay and $20.00 per

individual event

Spectator Tickets

$5.00 per adult/ $2.00 per student or child*

This event is an N5CTA fundraiser

Spectators can pay in cash or pay in advance.

Awards

Medals will be distributed to top-3 relay teams and top-3 individuals in each event.

Track warm-up

The track will be open at 4:00PM for warmups

Parking/ Track Entrance

All cars and buses must park in the main parking lot.

DO NOT DROP OFF OR PICK UP AT THE TRACK. IT IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE.

ALL ATHLETES MUST WALK TO THE TRACK TO ENTER THE STADIUM. ALL OTHER ENTRANCES ARE

CLOSED.

Tents/Staging area/Warm up area

All tents must be set up outside of the track. No tents are allowed on the hills or on

the lacrosse or soccer fields.

Athletes may warm up on the soccer field or lacrosse fields, but must exit the stadium

through the main gate.

***Depending on the conditions of the fields after any rain, we may require all athletes to

stay off the fields.

The school will be closed. No one may enter the building. All bathrooms are at the track.

Concessions

There will be a concession stand available at the meet. Athletes and spectators may

pay with cash or Venmo.

Payments through Venmo @saintmarksde.

They must type "Saint Mark's Track Meet" in the messages

Medical Staff

We will have a trainer on site. Please provide your own tape if you need to be taped by

a trainer.

Meet Officials

At the moment we are looking good with lining up officials for the meet. We are

grateful to have so many wonderful officials who are coming up to support

N5CTA. We may need some volunteer assistance holding a HJ bar or raking a pit.

If you have any volunteers available, please let me know.

5:00 PM Running Events

4x800M (1/school) 

100 Meters (3 athletes)

1500M (3 athletes)

400 Meters (3 athletes)

100 / 110 Hurdles (3 athletes)

4x200M Relay (1/school)

800 Meters (3 athletes)

200 Meters (3 athletes)

300m Hurdles (3 athletes)

Swedish Medley Relay (1-2-3-4) (1/school) *the

athletes will cut in immediately after 100M exchange

3000M Run (2 athletes-More than 2 if 3rd runner is ** Changed**

sub 20:30 girls and sub 17:00 boys) 

** 3000m can also complete a 5000m if Runner desires

5:00PM Field Events (2-3 athletes per event)

5:00 PM Boys Discus> Girls Discus> Boys Shot> Girls Shot (3 Athletes per Event)

**Shot put will be contested under the lights

5:00 PM Boys Long Jump > Girls Long Jump > Boys Triple Jump > Girls Triple Jump (2 Athletes per Event)

5:00 PM Girls High Jump > Boys High Jump  (3 Athletes per Event)

Boys Pole Vault & Girls Pole Vault to be Contested at Wilmington Charter - Starting Time 2:30 (3 Athletes per Team)
