ndian River senior Keiosha Shelton in the 4 x 1 relay DOVER — The team title was already locked up. But Stuart Higginbotham wanted Caesar Rodney High to end this meet in grand fashion. Higginbotham’s pass in the final turn of the 1,600-meter relay capped the Riders’ second straight Henlopen Conference boys’ track & field championship Friday night at Dover High.
